Ordering, custom art, display, shipping and returns for EMESA ART metal prints.
How do I place an order?
Choose a collection piece or create custom art, select size and display, then add it to your bag. Checkout is completed in Shopify.
Can I order multiple sizes?
Yes. Each size is a separate variant. Add the sizes you need to the bag.
Can I customize my artwork?
Yes. Use Create Your Art to upload a photograph and configure size, display and gifting, once the Custom Metal Art product is assigned.
What image formats can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG and WEBP, up to 8 MB. A clear, well-lit photograph gives the most considered result.
Do you ship within the UAE?
Yes. We also ship across the GCC and internationally. Delivery estimates and final shipping charges are shown during checkout.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom / personalized products are not eligible for return.
